Our Responsible Master Plumber, Juan Posada, has been with the company for 12 years. He began his career as an apprentice working on residential single family homes. He later worked on Commercial and Multifamily projects as a Journeyman Plumber, Foreman, then Project Manager. On January 1, 2013, Juan was chosen to succeed Louis “Rusty” Moore as the company’s Responsible Master Plumber when Rusty retired.
Ray Casanova, has been apart of the Gibson Family for 12 years. He began his career with Gibson as an apprentice and climbed his way to lead the residential branch of the company. In 2013, Ray became the Director of Residential Plumbing overseeing all residential job sites and residential plumbers.
Gibson Plumbing has a warehouse that services hundreds of homes and commercial projects per year. Operating our trim department is Jesse Insall. Jesse has been with the company since 1976. He has learned and worked the field in our residential department for over 20 years he then hung up his tools to be a part of our warehouse family.
