We recently purchased an existing home (just over 2yrs old). Upon move in we discovered an issue with the washer hot water line leaking. After several failed attempts to work with the home warranty company (who refused to cover the issue) we had Gibson Plumbing come out to take a look. Gibson installed the original washer box however because the home was over 2yrs old it was no longer covered under warranty.
Despite this, Gibson agreed to do the work needed free of charge. The work would require cutting into the wall which meant drywall work and more expenses for us after the plumbing repair.

Daniel to the rescue!
Daniel was the only plumber to suggest an alternate solution that fixed the problem and bypassed the extensive drywall repair. He took his time to explain to me in person (and also my husband on the phone) the options.
Daniel completed the repair and then took time to run the washer and make sure there were no further issues.

Daniel was professional, friendly, and conscientious- he solved the problem and did it with a smile.

I highly recommend Gibson Plumbing - and Daniel!!!!

Getting back from vacation and finding yourself with a backed up toilet the morning after your return is not what you expect. Especially when your place is a new home (10 months old)! After calling the builder, he reached out to Gibson Plumbing and had them come the next morning. I was advised they would come service the issue in the morning and that they did. Nick arrived this morning. He was very polite and express care when entering the home. He looked to see what the problem was. In minutes he took care of the issue and off he when. The quickest service I've ever had. Being in the Customer Service industry myself, it was refreshing to see Nick and Sue (?) in customer service handle this call to perfection. I would recommend Gibson Plumbing to all my friends. Thank you for taking pride in your customer service. Benny

Rudy and Jacob were so professional and worked well together, though it was a minor job for the 2 of them it went smoothly and Rudy came before for a hot water heater issue after it was installed and was very informative as well as professional on all matters I wasn’t aware of! Call in service was also very helpful and professional! Would definitely use them again!Services: Water heater installation, Toilet repair

I had an emergency leak and Daniel responded to my house super fast and had it all fixed and back to working condition in no time! He was very professional, talked me through the whole process and got everything taken care of for me. I really appreciate Daniel and glad I can count on Gibson to have trusted and smart employees! 10 stars for Daniel!!!

Gibson Plumbing was able to send a plumber within 24 hours for my faucet leak. Nick and Caleb were courteous and professional. I plan to use Gibson Plumbing for any needs in the future.
